Adding a Google Calendar - Other Macros

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Subscribe to Google Calendars from Confluence

I am having difficulty adding a calendar. I've tried both my personal calendar and a work calendar and with both I'm being told that the URL is not recognized. I'm attempting to use Google calendars following the process outlined on the help site.
