Adding comments over an image.

I can see that this is available in Confluence. Is it possible to do the same on an image within an issue in Jira?

Welcome to the community.

Unfortunate this is not available in Jira, as in Jira you would leave a comment on an issue and not on an attachment that is inside an image.

As Confluence is a wiki, there it is useful if their might be a problem with an issue or it servers as explanatory information
