Adding users to Atlassian/Confluence

I was able to add new users to our confluence last week and now I  cant anymore. There is no longer a users setting under my settings and I cant see anywhere were I can add them. Please help!

Please check your permissions, it should be necessary to have Admin access for performing all the user management-related tasks. @Kevin Gérard is correct.

user management is usually done via the Admin portal 

admin.atlassian.com 

have you checked there? 

are you the only admin on the environment? perhaps your permissions could have been revoked?
