After confluence migration to different server, I cannot get into confluence

We need your support desperately. Please help us.

I want explain in details.

1. I restored confluence home directory.

/var/atlassian/application-data/confluenceI restored mysql database like this:

2. I restored mysql dump:

mysqldump -u root -pF2k-b6N-Kn6-BeQ confluence < confluence.mysql.data

3. I restarted confluece

4. I tried to login confluece.

I typed in user name and password.

then

The following error(s) occurred:

• Please re-enter your login details and type in the word below.

• The following error(s) occurred:

• Please re-enter your login details and type in the word below.
• user name:
• pssword
• CAPTCHA image on the screen.
• I typed CAPTCHA

After I typed enter key,

Screen asked me same input data such as user name, password and CAPTCHA all over again.

I provided again, same thing is happening.

please help us. we need your vender support desperately.

If you can't wait for support, read the log file (they're going to ask you for it anyway).  That will almost certainly tell you what is wrong with it all.
