Hi Team,
Footnote data not migrated from server to cloud via CCMA. But macro is available in cloud..
Please assist here why it is not reflecting in cloud.
Thanks,
Sudheer
Your problem is not clear at all, please describe properly your problem:
An app doesn't migrate alone in the Cloud, the app editor should take it into account and integrate with CCMA, so with the proper app name and link to the Marketplace, I can help checking if the app migration using CCMA is supposed to work on not...
Regards,
Dam.
Hi Dam,
1. Which app is used on Server please? Name + link to the marketplace to avoid mistake.
Server: App Name: Content Formatting for Confluence Installed App Version: 6.4.25
2. Which Confluence Server version are you currently running?
Current Version : 7.17.5
3. Did you update CCMA to the last version?
Installed version: 3.5.1.
Thanks,
Sudheer

as you will see in the migration path doc: https://docs.adaptavist.com/cfm4cc/latest/migrate-content
Footnote and Footnotes Table you can read:
Should work as expected with text and images. However, results may vary if other macros are inside the footnote.
Replace with the Cloud Footnote macros.
Then in the Footnote macro doc you can read: https://docs.adaptavist.com/cfm4cc/latest/macros/footnote
The Footnote macros are available only in Confluence Cloud’s new editor and therefore cannot be used with migrated content.
So I think the Footnote will not migrate properly, except with basic content I guess...
In my opinion you should contact the app vendor support to have a clear answer for your migration.
Thats all I can do here, sorry.
Dam.
