All updates blank after Confluence 3.2.1 -> 3.5.13 upgrade

I am in the process of upgrading our Confluence 3.2.1 to 4.2.

The first step is to upgrade to 3.5.13, and while everything (including the plugins) look fine, the only annoyance is that the "All Updates" on the dashboard is blank.

Is this normal, or have I forgotten something during my upgrade steps?

Just as a side note, going into any of the Spaces, I do get a list of Recently Updated items. It is just on the main dashboard that it is blank.

Even I faced the same thing when upgrading confluence from 3.3 to 4.0.4 (which includes 3.5.13 interm).

After upgrading conf to 3.5.13, I noticed the same issue in the main dashbord.

After upgrading to 4.0.4, able to see the Recent Updates on the main dashboard.

Thanks for the confirmation. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some step I hadn't followed or a bug.
