Allow Anonymous to export to PDF

jbibitbucket April 30, 2018

I have ticked the export box in the Space Permissions and my expectation is that as a non logged in user you will have a menu choice or button to allow you to export to PDF but there is nothing.

Once Space permission is granted to Anonymous users what is the mechanism to actually execute a download?

Thanks

Hi, Zachary,

If you've got permission to view the page in Confluence, you'll be able to export it this way: go to the page and choose the ... icon (Tools) on the top right of the page > Export to PDF > Download the file.

More details can be seen at Export Content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML.

Hi Thais,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this Tools icon does not display for an Anonymous user (i.e. not logged) yet the export functionality has been enabled.

My expectation was that there would be some kind of control enabled once the export functionality was enabled.

This is why I made this post.

Regards,

Mike M
