Allow non confluence users to comment on pages (for requirements sign off)

Hello,

We have just purchased ten confluence licenses to tests its usage for requirements management. I was wondering if there is a way to share pages with non confluence users which allows them to comment?

that's pretty easy - see the how to here.

In short:

• allow access for anonymous users in global configuration ('can use')
• than allow access for the space (will count for all sites in the space) -> here you give several different permissions
  -> in your case you have to give anonymous user view and comment permission
