Anchor applied through UI Tabs

Hey people, I would like to know if is possible to create an anchor on my confluence page that can link me to other UI Tabs on the same page.

If I create an anchor on the UI Tab number 4 for example, and later generate the link on the top of the page, the linkage is not possible as is not taking me to the page.

Exist a method to make an index on the top to click on the links and go through the UI Tabs?
