Anchor links don't work now but it's used to work before.

Need help.

The Link has problem when it comes to link to the anchor on the same page.

1. Newly added Link cannot link to the anchor on the same page, but can link to the anchor on other page.
2. I click on a Link which used to link to the right position where the anchor was placed on the same page, but now it goes nowhere. 

 MY working environment:

OS : MS Windows 10
Browser : Google Chrome  86.0.4240.183
Confluence (version 7.8.1) is installed in Windows server 2019

hmm - I made a look and found two JIRA Tickets where your problem is mentioned (but version doesn't match) Have a look on CONFSERVER-51690 and attached CONFSERVER-60444

Seems like this might the problem. Maybe you wanna check out the workarounds!
