This is for Confluence 7.4.0 - not Cloud.
Whether I use Table of Contents macro or create my own anchors and links, when the link is followed, it jumps to below the heading I anchored and the heading does not show. This defeats the purpose entirely.
I've been searching and searching to find some workaround. I found one which the user is putting in blank spaces before the heading and placing the anchor on one of those blank lines. That does NOT work for me because I am linking to section headings within a table.
