We use confluence to provide the how to article to our customers.
Recently we got complains about not being able to view the manual correctly.
The first image is what our article supposed to look and next image is our customer seeing.
You can see the emoji breaks.
We use emoji to indicate the icon and button. Could you give us a solution to this???
Hello :)
Maybe it is because the option is disabled in your clients settings.
You can try this with your client.
1) Tell them to click on their profile photo on the top right hand corner, then on settings.
2) Tell them to select enable. That might be the different setting between your profile and theirs.
I am not sure of this so tell me if it worked. ;)
Thank you Falveien!!
Since we use our space as our customer help desk, it is set public and anonymous can have access to it. So our customers do not need to log in; first of all, they do not have an account with Atlassian.
Therefore, they do not have a profile photos and they can not have any access to setting.
Thank you for sharing your idea.
