How do you make an anonymous comment page? want them to be able to enter questions anonymously.

I see that but it's not working. You don't have the option of commenting if you are not signed in and if you sign in, it automatically posts your name. At least it did when I tried. Also, the space I need it to be in is restricted to users so they have to sign in to even see the page.

In the admin, for the permissions, allow anonymous comments by checking the "Comments" column in the "Anonymous" row.
