Are any versions of Confluence prior to version 8 going to upgrade to log4j version 2.17.x?

I see that version 8 includes log4j version 2, but will log4j in version 7.19.x be upgraded?

Hi Bill,

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

It looks like log4j2 will not be back ported to 7.19.x LTS versions. We need to upgrade to 8.0 version only to have log4j2.
