So when we have a Space and in that space we have some secrets - within the secret is it possible to create some 2fa for for example Office365? You see the password and then there is a 2fa authenticator that tells you the 6-digit to fully login?
Are there any apps like this today - or someone that is developing somethint like this in the future?
This is so every employee doesnt have to use an yubikey - every employee just has access to Confluence and then they can see the 2fa token.
Depends on what you’re clarifying as secrets, however depending on the sensitivity, Confluence may not be the right approach. Your sysadmins/DBAs etc will be able to see the content and space admins may grant access without understanding the impact (wrong users seeing content that shouldn’t).
I haven’t seen any MFA to decrypt portions of Confluence pages.

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your reply.
We will use Confluence as our documentation software for our customers.
So when an Secret (Username/password) is created, then you can insert the 2fa method for this secret. Just thinking about not haven to give every employee an Yubikey, if it can be implementet in Confluence.
But if no such thing has been developed for confluence, then thats how it is, unfortunately.
