Hey all,
We have a few pages that are meant to be resources for the team that might need to be adjusted from time to time. We do not have all the users of those pages authorized to make changes, as we need some accountability/tracking of the suggestions and a way to track whether or not the changes were approved and why.
What I'm looking for, ideally, is those questions that we see on help articles online all the time about: "was this helpful?" or something similar.
Hi @Harold Alvarez welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Have a look at these threads as a very similar question has already been asked in the past:

In short, this can be achieved with an add-on, there are many available on the marketplace.
I don't believe there is an out of the box solution that currently provides this within Confluence Cloud.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Ash
I saw those before asking, it seemed like the information is outdated and no longer helpful.

I would recommend searching the marketplace for more up to date apps.
Here's one I found that seems to suit your needs (I'm not affiliated with them in anyway, just one of the top results when searching "Content Rating").
This is just a sample of what's currently available, I'd highly recommend searching through the marketplace before deciding on the app you're going to go with.
This was also the answer provided by Atlassian directly (albeit a little while ago, still relevant and the apps are still available)
All the best,
Ash
