I have a fraudulent charge on our account, but I cannot just get that account to cancel or delete and it is so frustrating not to contact anyone from support. Their support really sucks.

Hi @Shrikant Wagh , sorry you are experiencing troubles with getting support. I assume you already have an open support ticket? I believe there should be an escalate button on your request. Is that not the case?

I see that there is a ticket already raised with our accounts team and is being tracked CA-3523766.
I have also notified our billing team to prioritize the same.
