Attach dwg files on a page

I have uploaded an attachment which is a file type .*dwg. When I try to modify the properties a system error is created. Same if I try to download the file. I guess that this is happening because the page is not set up to accept files type dwg. How can I mofify attachments settings to include dwg type files?

At the present moment Confluence only supports gif, jpeg, png and bmp (depending on browser support) image file formats.

I have raised a ticket requesting this file format to be supported on Confluence: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27861

I'd strongly suggest you to vote and comment on it to raise its awareness and also add yourself as a watcher for following further updates.
