I have some powerpoint files with thumbnail previews on a regular confluence page, however, when I click on the thumbnail, it takes me to the preview page, where I can see the content of the file fine; however, when I further click on the edit button, powerpoint shows that the .pptx file can't be opened right now(The file format is invalid).

@repi yes. I think our particular issue relates to a missing or broken link to the file. When I try to access the file through the file list page, it gives me an error of file does not exist.
