Hello Team,
Below is the use-cases I am seeking solutions for –
1. Auto-sum for rows and columns.
2. When 1 page is updated, another page should be updated automatically.
For example, source Wiki page has the following table -
SNo Resource Segment 1
1 A M
2 B S
3 A S
4 C T
5 B
A M
On the destination Wiki page what I want to see is –
SNo Resource Count
1 A 3
2 B 2
3 C 1
3. Aggregate particular sections on a common page. Let's say there are 10 Wiki pages each having same TOC. Is it possible to fetch all sections on a single page automatically?
These are top of the minds use-cases which I have been doing manually on a weekly basis.
Thanks!
Hi @Andrews ,
I guess that the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app may help you.
The first case is solved with help of the Pivot Table macro. Just wrap your table into its body and choose the corresponding settings:
The second case may be solved by using the Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macros if we talk about tables.
You can easily reuse big tables: update the source one and get changes to the reused tables immediately. Besides Confluence recognizes multiple Excerpts and Excerpt Include macros on the same page, so you can be flexible and reuse plenty of tables in different combinations.
The third case is a tricky one and I can't really see the point of such aggregation. Try to play with labels and the corresponding standard Confluence macros such as Content by Label. It will help you to make the list of similar pages.
