Autobackup data confluence is not working

Dear Support Team

I've installed 2 Confluence recently. One Confluence works with autobackup daily well. However, the other is not working daily. I've checked all permission with its location, all information in Schedule Job, Backup Administration but it does still not working. All information of it will attached below this message. Thanks for your support

It appears that there is a problem with the backup path set.

Is this path correct for this server? If not, you can follow this doc: Configuring Backups in order to fix the path.

If that doesn't help, it could be:

1. Make sure you have enough disk space to the home folder.
2. A permission issue. Check if the home folder has the full read/write permission on the Windows settings.
3. Ensure that all users have full read/write to the home folder.
4. Check in your Confluence's service, if there are any trailing spaces following -Djava.io.tmpdir=<path>. If there are, please remove these spaces.

In order to best help you, we need to know what errors are occurring in your logs when the backup attempts to run.
