Autopopulate both Summary and Description from Confluence

We're trying out Confluence. I gather the easiest way to create a JIRA issue related to Requirements in a Requirements Template-created page is highlight and click the JIRA icon. Which then populates the selected text into the Summary. This is, I have read, an improvement over previous Confluence functionality that required copy and paste.

But this function means I still have to copy and paste, if what I selected is all put into the Summary field, and nothing is put in the Description.

How do I get Confluence to populate both the Summary and the Description from the row or cells that I have selected?

Finally, been trying to respond for weeks but the page just refused to load the editor to post.

So is there a method to port both fields over automatically?

My Import Dialog doesn't look like that. It looks like this:

I'm having the same issue and the dialog I get looks like the one above.

There's no option to map the summary or description fields.  Only the project and issue type.

Note, I'm using a local install of Confluence (5.7) and JIRA (v6.3.15).

Can't you just select both fields from the import dialog?
