Hello,

we have several Protokols with some Tasks in there. On our Jour-Fix we want to discuss them in the beginning which are Done and which Not.

The Task Report Marco is very usefull for it.

BUT

In a longtime Project we have now a huge List of Task that are completed. We need to Focus to the "lastmodified" Date for the specific Task.

Or the option in the Task Report, "completed" from time XYZ similiar to "open" with the "created on" Parameter.

Have someone the same Problems? How do u handle this Problems ?

Hello Tim,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Currently, the Task Report Macro does not have other columns or custom columns to display other items, such as last modified on the task. The current columns available are: duedate, assignee, location, completedate and labels.

So in this case, even if it is being filtered by complete or incomplete, in this case, the closest to filtering by date, would be by the duedate option.

We have this Feature Request on our portal, suggesting the ability to add customized columns in Task Report Macro, to help on use cases such as yours, Tim.
Feel free to add any comments about your use case and any other feedbacks there as well!
Also, vote for this issue and add yourself to the watchers of this suggestion, to receive all the updates on the same.

You could use the Page Properties Report in this case, to display the information on a table and then report it on the macro, so you could include other columns such as lastmodified, but I'm afraid you would need to add or update the lastmodified date manually on the table in this case, and then it would be displayed on the report, within the page properties report macro. (You can use the //date to change the last modified date there).

However, those work differently from the task report macro or the tasks themselves, as the tasks won't bring the information you need on the other columns in the page properties macro.

Other than that, I don't think we have a native way to do this with the Task Report or Page properties report macros, Tim.

Hope that helps! But please let us know in case you have any other related questions!

Cheers,
Jessica
