BUG - hovering over the `>` icon to expand a confluence section shows the wait icon

This seems like a bug and was recently introduced. When hovering over an expand section, the wait icon is shown. We can see the css is declaring this:

Hi @Drew Miranda welcome to the community.  Based on the information you provided, I'm not able to recreate any issues when I hover over the '>' in confluence using the Dark Theme.  

Are you using a specific browser?  Does it happen in Edge and Chrome?  Do other users experience the same behavior? Have you tried rebooting your PC?  

Just asking some troubleshooting questions.  If it's still happening, could possibly elaborate on what steps you are taking?  Are you using the 'Dark Theme' from the browswer, or Atlassian?

I'm using Google Chrome on Mac OS.

Yes

> elaborate on what steps you are taking

1. Open Confluence Cloud

2. Navigate to a space

3. Make sure you have at least one page create at the top level

4. Create a page beneath the top level page so that you can see the `>` expand icon

5. FULL REFRESH the browser page (this is important, the bug seems to not occur if the space or page you are in wasn't loaded from the address bar or a browser bookmark)

6. Hover your mouse over the `>` expand icon

Noting this only occurs with the dark theme.
