We recently encountered an issue with our confluence server (The UI is in no way accessible so our only option is to go to our console and copy files).
Is this possible? If yes how?
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @shehzad.iqbal ,
Using the Confluence Command line Interface (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/284/confluence-command-line-interface-cli?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) you can export and restore the confluence space.
--action exportSpace --space "XXX" --file "space.zip"
--action restoreExport --file "space.zip"
Thanks,
Manisha

Thanks, @Shannon S for your response. We, fortunately, did have a backup. We restored the DB with a fresh install of confluence.
Things are working fine now, however, we are facing a new issue, after the latest install (latest version) we are not able to remove the port from our default URL. Can you help us?
Best,
Shehzad

Hello Shehzad,
I'm glad to hear you were able to restore!
I'm happy to help with your new issue, but I would recommend that you raise a new question with a title relevant to your new issue. That way it can easily be found by users browsing the forum if they have the same issue.
In your question, include exactly what you'er having trouble with, and what you've tried so far.
Thank you!
Regards,
Shannon
