Balsamiq - New version

For some reason since Balsamiq updated their version (2/2025) the view on the confluence page for thumbnails show older images.  For new Balsamiqs it is just blank. 

I am on the paid Balsamiq program.  Do i need to do something to fix this.

I would strongly suggest contacting the support team in Balsamiq directly if it is a bug or misconfiguration issue with the new version.
