We would want Best Practices to be followed when a user uploads a document in our Project. This should let us search easily. Please let us know if we have one.

Hello, I am unsure what you are asking. Are you asking for suggestions for best practices?  

these will vary greatly depending on what your teams do, and what the pages contain. 

I would be happy to help if you give more information on what you are looking for here.
