Best Team Calendar Option

We're looking at different calendaring options in Confluence that can connect with Outlook.  What does the group believe is the best calendaring option today?  

Requirements: 

> Ability to schedule team events like grooming, sprint planning, etc. 

> Ability to highlight sprint start and end dates.

> Ability to see team outages like vacay, training, out sick, etc.

> Ability to schedule team meetings and see availability of individual team members.

Team Calendars for sure!  Now with the CalDAV support, you can sync with other calendars such as Outlook.
