Blank page at configuration start

Hi,

after a fresh Installation, I am facing a blank white screen, one I klick on "Production Installation" on the server for the first initialization.

My confluence in running on port 28080.

There is no error in catalina.out!

Hi Foroud, 

The page after the screen "Production Installation" is the license input, you might want to check in the file atlassian-confluence.log whether there is any problem of accessing the file confluence.cfg.xml.
