Blog Macro doesn't show all blog entries when "Maximum Number of Blog Posts" is set to 100

I created a blog page with the blog posts macro. The only restrictions I made are labels = [mylabel] and spaces = [myspace1], [myspace2]. The maximum number of blog posts was initially set to 100. I didn't change that because I only have 23 blog posts I need there.

After the team created all the blog posts and attached the label to them, not all of the blog posts where displayed at my blog page. I tried to figure out why some of the blog posts wheren't shown so I set the maximum number of blog posts to 1000 then to 25 then to 50, 75, 99, 101 and all the time all blog posts where shown. Only when I set it to 100 some of the blog posts disappeared.

Can anybody help me with this strange problem?

It is odd, and we have decided not to fix it per: Blogpost macro does not respect the value of  "Maximum Number of Blog Posts" when it's set to 100. Apparently, "Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on bugs with a higher impact, and more votes."
