Box in Confluence plugin license problem - solved

Nick Vvedensky January 10, 2013

When I try to use Box Folder plugin and start Authorize with Box, I recieve message:

No valid license is installed or your license has expired.

rev. info: Box in Confluence v. 1.3.0 (evaluation) for Confluence 4.0 - 4.3.5

Best regards. Nick Vvedensky.

Hello Nick,

This sounds like a case that you may wish to open a support case with Appfusions.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.appfusions.confluence.plugins.box.box-in-confluence/version/1300/support

They will be able to tell you a bit more about what is missing to make box work as expected. I would make sure you have your plugin license handy as wll as the version of Conlfuence you are using when you open the support case.

Thanks Daniel for jumping in there.

This was the case of our old licensing, vs the new Marketplace licensing.

Legacy customers must get the new licensing via the Marketplace or UPM, for 1st year renewal. After that you should be good to go.

If need help at all - just email us and we will help get you going. info@appfusions.com
