Broken Images appearing after page updates

Hello, 

Back in August 2020, there was a conference call discussing the topic of 'disappearing images' and some troubleshooting options and workarounds.  At that time, this was a reported bug that was categorized as minor, so no fix was planned. 

We are experiencing this again, with a newly created pages.  We just found a page created  in March 2021, that was updated on 4/9 and the images have disappeared.

Has this bug been upgraded from Minor status and is there a potential fix for this coming soon?

Hi Linda,

I think in this instance it would be worth you dropping an email to Atlassian support. They would be able to take a look at your site and try and figure out what is going on.

I could try and offer a few vague suggestions (i.e. were the images hosted externally, can you still see the images on the attachments page) but I don't think it will fully help you diagnose.
