Hi all,
I'm looking for a tidy solution for the mass copying of specific pages (a couple hundred) from our main documentation space to a separate space for our external readers. Ideally, page hierarchies would be maintained.
The current thinking is that writing a custom script that picks up pages with a particular label and copies them over might be the way to go, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has come up against this challenge before and how they solved it (and if there are any pitfalls we should be aware of).
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Tom Wardak , not sure if you're considering apps, but our app Comala Publishing is built to handle exactly this kind of use case - moving pages from one space to another set-up for anonymous access. If you're in Data Center you can also specify which labels you're using to identify pages to published.
Hope this helps!
