You don't need to use external plugin.You can use the Sprint burndown macro in Confluence to show the burndown chart in Confluence . Before you proceed further, check if you are able to add the Sprint Burndown Macro to your page. If not, you might have to do the following.
If your Jira and Confluence are not linked to each other, then you will have to link that. More info here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Linking+to+Another+Application
