Hello,
I'm searching for the solution which could make some things easier. We have a template which is used for some technical specs. Each time somebody create something new from this template the other guys needs to review it and sign it that all has been checked. Normally they need to edit this confluence page and write their names in proper section and then save it. What we need is a custom button which will be able to write the name of someone who clicked it it that confluence page without need to edit it, write, save and so on. Is it possible?
This is not possible with standard resources in the confluence cloud version.
You should look in the apps offered
Hi, there are some add-ons available, free and paid:

Maybe one of those does what you want?

Thanks for posting your question to the community. Confluence is a great collaboration tool that allows users to be notified (space/page watchers) as soon as content is created and have them comment on it. Unfortunately Confluence doesn't have a great method to apply an approval process and have the approval written to the page.
As @Henning van Ackeren mentioned Atlassian's Marketplace has some really cool tools to help fill the gap for your review process of your pages and content. Comalatech has Comala Document Control for Confluence Cloud that has an Approval Workflow that enables a page activity that writes all the approval details, which includes Approval users First and Last Name, if you use our e-signature feature it will display Signed and Approved, the current Date and time of the approval and any approval comments that you can print to pdf.
Comala Document Control is available on the Marketplace and you can try it for free for 30 days for Confluence Cloud.
Best Regards,
Daryl
