Vinh,

Yes. The auto export plugin only needs to be configured with a user that has access to the content you wish you export. This does not necessarily need to be an admin. The user just needs the "Can Use" permission on the page or space you wish to configure for auto export.

This limits the plugin to only one user.

Correct, You could make an user that is specifically for exporting. Give this user the permissions that you would need to export any of the pages and spaces you are interested in.
