Can Confluence be installed on a SiteGround website

I have a hosting plan and website on SiteGround, is it possible to install and run Confluence through my account?

Confluence needs to run on JAVA and Tomcat with an external database etc. You could find more details on this page.

According to this doc published by siteground, it seems you may be able to install and run confluence on dedicated server with root access.
