Can I change Meeting Notes Template to include Comments Thread per every Task?

Each task in MOM is independent and we would like to track its completion with appropriate comments and attachments.

How could MoM template be changed to include comments per each item?

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a Confluence add-on that you might be interested in checking out that might give you the functionality you're looking for.
