Hi Everybody,

We have an Attlassian Cloud service with Confluence, Jira and Jira helpdesk. In our organisation we have two separate sites for two different teams. Is there any way I can clone and create copies of my sites to use for testing?

Hi @Patryk Wozniak

On Jira/Confluence/Jira SD cloud, if you want a second site then you will need to pay for this in addition to you main sites.

What you can do is to do an export of your site and import it into a free trial of the application, although this can get frustrating if you're doing it several times

I understand there will be extra costs, which I am not worried about. But does this mean I can create new site within my subscription, then export and import from the other site?

Is there anything I have to change in config files to stop any conflicts since I am cloning projects with user accounts in it?
