Can I create scheduled notifications by date in Confluence? calendar style, if I want Confluence to notify me about future activities as a reminder on that date
Hi @Josreny Botardo ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Thank for the question! I would love to hear more about your use cases and ideas on how you are planning to use scheduled notifications by date in Confluence - it helps a lot to provide customized answers.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to schedule notifications by date in Confluence right away. If you’re thinking of a workaround, we can suggest using our Handy Macros for Confluence app.
With Handy Reminder, you can set and send notifications (incl. scheduled ones) while defining variety of flexible parameters. Moreover, those notifications can be inserted anywhere on the Confluence page. Please note, that currently this macro is available on Data Center and Server.
See examples below:
You can try the Handy Macros for Confluence app on the Atlassian Marketplace for free to see if it works for you. Our support is always happy to assist with any concerns.
Have a good day!
Warmest regards,
Anastasia
Hello @Anastasia Bek _Stiltsoft_ , thanks for answering, the use case that we require now is to create a backup testing calendar, where in addition to having the schedule, it can remind us what to test and when.
