Can I create shapes / arrows?

Within Office Products, you can create shapes and arrows
Within Confluence I do not see this option.
To be clear, I do NOT mean Flowcharts or similiar like described in this Thread:
Just a simple arrow as Markup between two pictures on a Confluence Page.
