Can I create table of contents from a table

I have a large table with  questions and answers - the questions being the main content to be applied. I wanted to create a table of contents so can easily navigate the to the question with the answers - is that possible? Thank you

We have a macro by name table of content which can be used actually.

You might want to check on the same.

Thank you, I don't fully understand this page (sorry).  its just picking up headings from outside the table and not inside the table. :-(
