Can I get task reminder to only work on specific pages with tasks?

I believe the way that Task Reminder works is that if you create a task list anywhere on confluence, it will send an email reminder. Is there any way to make it send reminders for tasks on pages I specify?

You can try Handy Reminder macro from Handy Macros. It allows to configure each reminder in a flexible manner.
