Can I migrate "original poster" and "votes" in Confluence Questions?

I've written a migration script from another QA system to Confluence Questions using REST API. Is there a way I can post questions (1) as another user, at (2) a specific time in history, (3) and import votes?

The API doesn't offer these permissions. Can I modify the db directly?

A cursory googling suggests that I cannot.  Can anyone confirm?
