Can I search Jira from Confluence

The search functionality is much simpler in Confluence than in Jira. I want my team to be able to search for Jira issues from Confluence using the simpler search (rather than JQL). Is this possible?

Welcome to this community :)

This is not possible to do it directly in Confluence, but you can do the search in basic mode and when you have you expected result, then click in advance mode and copy it to Confluence.
