I am using Confluence Cloud and want to know if I can set up automatic backups (or they part of the Confluence Cloud solution itself?).
A daily backup on weekdays is all I need.
Atlassian take backups of Cloud for you regularly, but these are aimed at system recovery more than anything else.
You can run a download of your system every 48 hours by going to Admin -> backups - this provides a file from which you can restore your Cloud instance in a server version with no data loss.

The administration console allows you to schedule various administrative jobs in Confluence, so that they are executed at regular time intervals.
