Can a regular confluence user add watchers to a side?

Can a regular confluence user add watchers to a side or is this only a feature of an admin?

Hi @sylvia.smyrek 

Yes, you could if the user is the space creator/administrator or if its the user personal space. Please try the following steps

1. Click "Tools" (upper right)
2. Choose "Manage Watchers"
3. Add the user there.
