Is anyone else seeing this issue when trying to access their Confluence site with safari on either the iPhone or iPad?
Hi Sinead,
Have you checked your Confluence Addons menu to ensure the confluence mobile add-on is enabled with all modules active? Some admins have shut this off due to some flakey performance with the mobile interface.
Hi Ryan,
Yes, I have already checked this. Any other ideas?!
Thanks,
Sinéad

Are you able to provide some more information, like full errors found in the logs?

Hi Ryan,
There are no errors in the logs related to this. Here's a snapshot of the error from my iphone.

So I dont think inserting the snapshot is working. Here's exactly what it says:
Sarari cannot open the page.
The error was: "The operation couldn't be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)".

Honestly, IDK. Hopefully someone else in the forums has seen this. All my googling relates to coders getting this error due to bad url formation. Do you have any kind of routing, proxying etc? Can you access it using say atomic web broswer (iphone ipad app) and set browser to identify as FF or something?

Actually it does work when I access it through Chrome on my iphone/ipad.
I would like to be able to use it with Safari as most iphone/ipad users use that as their default browser.

Sinead, did you find a resolution? Our users are having the same issue on the stock browsers for android and iphone. If we use Chrome on the android, it loads fine.
