Can't add users to restricted page

I am trying to restrict a page to certain people whom have accounts on our confluence cloud instance.  When I click the padlock I get the dialogue box to configure this and can set to everyone "cannot view".  Then when I try to add a name it does noting, I type a name (which does not bring up any autocomplete) add and absolutely nothing happens.

Hello Tony,

I had the exact same issue yesterday, you need to contact Atlassian support. They will run Content Indexing on your instance to rebuild the search index and it should fix your issue.
