Can't change profile picture permanently

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am using my company's confiluence:
Although I can change my profile picture, the picture can't be saved for a day. After several hours, the icon always go back and show nothing, like this:

When I clicked "profile", the new web haven't any options to change picture:
I have to click "People" and then find myself, later the web can show:
